Tayrona National Park
When I was in Colombia (in 2019), I spent some time in Tayrona National Park and the surrounding areas. I stayed at this super zen ecohut that’s located just minutes away from the park. There are 8 huts on this property and each is integrated into nature mixed with bamboo, palm trees, and the tropically luxuriant vegetation in the jungle.
The food they serve are fresh and local. At night you can hear the sound of the jungle. There’s a spot tucked away by the pool that’s my favorite. I would just sit there, close my eyes, and tune into the primordial sounds.
